The Deaf Koalas
National Women's Program
The Deaf Koalas are Australia's national women's deaf football program, representing the country in international competitions sanctioned by the Deaflympics International Football Association (DIFA). The program competes in DIFA World Cups, Deaflympics, and bilateral fixtures against deaf national associations from around the world.
DFA is committed to growing women's deaf football across Australia — creating more opportunities for female players to develop, compete, and ultimately represent their country on the world stage.
The Deaf Koalas program is open to all eligible women with qualifying hearing loss who have the passion and commitment to represent Australia at the highest international level.
